Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will fuel La Confianza's inbound growth engine. You will design data-driven digital strategies spanning organic search optimization, LinkedIn B2B acquisition, technical blog publishing, and marketing automation to continuously attract high-value enterprise accounts.
Key Focus Areas & Impact
Search & Conversion Optimization: Drive technical SEO audits, keyword ranking strategies, and landing page UX optimization.
High-Intent Paid Acquisition: Manage targeted B2B LinkedIn Ads and Google Search campaigns targeting IT decision-makers.
Brand Content Engine: Produce high-converting case studies, technical whitepapers, and thought leadership articles.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and execute technical SEO strategies, content optimizations, backlink acquisition, and keyword mapping.
- Manage targeted LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Ads, and retargeting campaigns to generate enterprise inbound leads.
- Author high-value technical blog posts, whitepapers, social collateral, and email newsletter series.
- Track web traffic, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to build high-converting landing pages and lead capture flows.
Required & Preferred Skills
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B IT consulting or technology agencies.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4).
- Proven execution experience in LinkedIn B2B campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- Exceptional technical copywriting, content editing, and proofreading capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot Marketing Hub or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email newsletter styling and landing page refinements.
